Kvalifikationer

About the role

As a specialist in oncology, you will be involved in:

  • Outpatient consultations and follow-up of oncology patients.
  • Systemic cancer treatments and individualized treatment planning.
  • Participation in multidisciplinary tumour conferences (MDTs).
  • Inpatient care as part of a rotating ward responsibility.
  • Collaboration with radiation oncology, palliative care and other specialties.
  • Supervision and mentoring of resident doctors.
  • Contributing to the continued development of clinical pathways and oncology services.

Requirements

  • EU-recognised specialist certification in Medical Oncology.
  • Solid clinical experience as a specialist in oncology.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
  • Interest in teaching, supervision and professional development.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Motivation to learn Swedish through our language programme.
